Pall-Ex Iberia obtains ISO 9001:2015 quality certification

AENOR has audited the Pall-Ex processes managed from its offices in Barcelona and from its central hub in Madrid

Pall-Ex Iberia, a company specialized in the express distribution of palletized merchandise, has obtained the ISO 9001:2015 certificate that sets quality criteria standards and recognizes their implementation within the company's management processes. AENOR audited all the processes managed by Pall-Ex through its offices in Barcelona, as well as the activities carried out at the central hub in San Fernando de Henares (Madrid), recently added to the company's signature network model.

This certificate recognizes the quality of their work, aimed to achieve excellence and to offer services that are completely focused on customer's satisfaction. These goals can only be achieved by boosting an efficient management approach, analysing the context of the activities and considering the associated risks. Thus, Pall-Ex Iberia takes a new step forward regarding the quality of its services thanks to the collaboration of a committed team that looks out for the company's present and future goals.

Enric Estruch, managing director of the company, highlights the commitment of the whole team: I feel very satisfied with the obtention of this certificate. It has represented a great challenge, a big goal that helped us improve our internal processes on the way. Besides, it recognizes the work and the commitment of all the Pall-Ex Iberia employees and partners included in our network.

Pall-Ex Iberia: dedication to continuous improvement

The ISO 9001:2015 certification represents a step forward in Pall-Ex Iberia's commitment to provide excellent and continuously improved services to its clients. Opening the San Fernando de Henares hub in September 2020, as well as joining Lean&Green initiative (promoted by AECOC in Spain) created to reduce the CO2 emissions generated by supply chain activities and creating the controlled temperature division that will soon allow us to offer 2º- 8ºC merchandise transport services are just a few examples of such commitment
