About Inedit
Inedit was created in 2008 by the Damm master brewers, Ferran Adrià and the team of sommeliers of elBulli. It was the first beer designed specifically to complement, very respectfully, the contrasts and aromatic nuances of the new gastronomy.

Inedit is a mixture of two beers, traditional malt beer and wheat beer, flavoured with hops, coriander, orange peel and liquorice. It is an intense beer of high aromatic complexity, with a slightly cloudy appearance. It is very fruity and floral on the nose, with a sensation of fresh yeast and hints of sweet spices, a creamy, light texture, a soft body and fine bubbles.
