Complaint form

As part of the deployment of its Legal Risk Prevention System, DAMM has defined Supplier's Action Principles that must be complied with by all suppliers, without prejudice to any additional obligations that may be established in the applicable laws and in the relevant contracts or agreements entered into with each supplier.

In addition, DAMM has made available to all its suppliers a Whistleblowing Channel to be used to report reasonable indications of wrongdoing or unlawful acts in connection with the activities they perform for DAMM.

The Whistleblowing Channel is an open channel of communication between suppliers and the Compliance Committee, the internal body responsible for the management of its Legal Risk Prevention System, which will treat all complaints received through the channel with the utmost confidentiality, preserving the identity of the complainants and their reputation, guaranteeing the absence of retaliatory actions of any kind, and informing only on a need to know basis in order to establish the grounds of the complaint and to solve the problems arising from the reported facts.

Complaints should be made using the attached form and will be dealt with as soon as possible.

Anonymous complaints are allowed, although their processing may be limited if it is impossible to verify the veracity of the complaint. Anonymous complaints must in any case contain the following information:

  • Statement of facts.
  • Companies, persons and/or departments concerned.
  • Copy of documents supporting the complaint (optional)
