Damm takes part in setting free the Cetaceous turtle

The turtle, sponsored by Damm, was at the CRAM recovering from injuries sustained from a fishing net

One of Damm's purposes is to contribute to the conservation of the Mediterranean and its species, within the #LIVE TO BE PART OF THE CHANGE volunteer plan. Actions are being carried out with the purpose of preserving and caring for our environment. One of these actions is the setting free of the Cetacean, the turtle sponsored by Damm, which took place at the El Prat beach in Llobregat (Barcelona) on October 28, in which part of the company's team participated.

Damm sponsored the Cetacean after its admission to the Marine Animal Recovery Centre (CRAM in Spanish) last August 2021, due to injuries it sustained from fishing nets that were abandoned out at sea in which it got caught, and has collaborated with the intervention and recovery of the sea turtle along with the CRAM foundation and it's team of veterinarians.

Learn the history of the Cetacean and how it was set free by watching this video, and you can follow the Cetacean's journey here.
