Estrella Damm celebrates La Mercè to the rhythm of Love of Lesbian, La Pegatina, Al·lèrgiques al Pol·len and Svetlana

La Mercè 2026

On 26 September, the Estrella Damm La Mercè concerts will bring together four big names of the current music scene on the Mediterráneamente stage on Bogatell Beach

Estrella Damm will once again provide the soundtrack for La Mercè with a new edition of its iconic concerts on Bogatell Beach. This will be one of the most massively attended musical events of Barcelona’s Fiesta Mayor. On Saturday, 26 September, starting at 8.00 pm and going on into the early hours of the following morning, the Estrella Damm Mediterráneamente stage will feature an exceptional bill to celebrate its 150th anniversary, featuring Love of Lesbian, La Pegatina, Al·lèrgiques al Pol·len and Svetlana.

The night on Bogatell Beach will kick off with Al·lèrgiques al Pol·len, one of the most vibrant and well-established all-female bands on the Catalan music scene. With four albums released and an unstoppable trajectory, the group will come to the Bogatell in the midst of their 1 Hour of Rock tour, a manifesto full of energy that reaffirms their identity and paves the way to their next record.

Next up will be La Pegatina, with an explosive live performance that will combine the greatest hits of their career with songs from their latest album, Fuegos del Barrio. The band from Montcada i Reixac are celebrating their almost 23-year career, which has seen them perform on stages in more than 30 countries and made their blend of rhythms and festive energy two of their hallmarks.

At 11.00 pm there will be one of the night's most eagerly awaited moments with the Love of Lesbian gig. Their appearance on the Mediterráneamente stage will be particularly poignant, as it will be one of the last opportunities to see the band from Barcelona before they take a step back from live performance. With a career spanning three decades and ten albums under their belt, the group will offer a memorable concert in which they will present their latest work, Ejército de Salvación, and revisit the classic anthems that have marked an entire generation.

As we go into the wee hours, Svetlana, one of the freshest and most daring names on the alternative scene, will close out the night by premièring her new live band. With a fusion of electronica, rumba and rumbaton, the Barcelona duo construct a universe of their own in which music, social critique and humour go hand in hand with a fully centennial perspective. The new stage show will expand this universe while keeping intact their characteristic humour and irony.

BAM in the Estrella Damm Old Brewery

Estrella Damm's celebration of La Mercè will be complete with the events programme of BAM – Barcelona Acció Musical in the Estrella Damm Old Brewery. On Saturday 26 and Sunday 27 September, starting at noon, the space will become a meeting point for emerging musical talent throughout the region, with artists who will present new ideas and unreleased live performances.

The programme will bring together singer-songwriting, folk, pop, urban music, rock and experimental electronica, in a display of the diversity of ways of creating and conceiving music today. In addition, the audience will be able to enjoy local foodtrucks and other activities, such as free tasting to discover Damm's wide range of beers.
